When in AUTO and weather conditions require heat, air will be sent to the floor. However engine , if it is not hot enough to provide heat, the fan will be at a low speed and air will be directed to the windshield. In about 3 1/2 minutes or less, the fan speed will begin to increase and the location of air flow will change the surface of the ground. Ford Motor Company will repair or replace any properly installed Ford accessory retailer found defective from the factory-supplied materials and workmanship during the warranty period, as well as any component damaged by defective accessory.
