The manufacturer, importer or distributor shall not be liable for any damages including incidental personal injury or any other damages caused by improper installation or operation of Akrapovic exhaust system. When installing the Akrapovic exhaust system make sure the exhaust system do not touch other parts susceptible to high temperature. 6. Akrapovic makes no representation or warranty with respect to damage caused by incorrect use installation, and maintenance of the Akrapovic exhaust system. The warranty is limited to defects recognized by our Technical Department and the normal use and excludes normal wear items (joints and damping wool). The warranty is void in the event of an accident, modification, improper or competition use.
