Jaguar XK120 technical specification

Supported as the Brook Sidecar Associate in 1922, by two bike enthusiasts, William Lyons and William Walmsley, the SS Panther canvass first appeared on a 2.5 litre saloon in 1935. The Panther label was specified to the uncastrated visitor in 1945 when the SS was dropped due to lack of popularity from WWII.The XK120 was launched in roadster organise at the 1948 Author Motor Pretence as a testbed and demonstration car for the new Cat XK engine.
